I got my belly button pierced about a week ago and the bottom hole is red and the hole looks bigger. Is it because of the swelling or should I do something about this? I clean it how I should, I don't see why it would be infected!

Hmm, that is normal sometimes because your body is getting used to it, so wait a bit for it to get better, and if it continues you should do a little research or ask a piercer or doctor for help! :)

There's no puss or anything. Just red and really swollen on the bottom ball
