I am 21 years old, sexually active, and on yasmin, but I can't always remember to take it at the same time everyday. I'm now 3 days late, with no particular stress, and I had been extremely tired about a week and a half ago, but now I'm having trouble sleeping. I also am gassy, and I am having a hard time focusing. My breasts are a lot bigger and more tender than usual, but they usually get bigger during my period. I have headaches, and I think I may have had some minor spotting on my panties, but I can't tell for sure. I'm also having some minor stomach area cramps. I am currently taking Adderall XR, yasmin, and a zoloft generic. My question is, could I be pregnant and should I stop taking the medicine until I know for sure or continue until I know for sure?

You could be pregnant, you need to take a pregnancy test, either a HPT first thing in the morning or go to the doctor's for a blood test. Yasmin, or any other form of birth control for that matter, first of all is not fool proof, but adding on that you do not take it as you are supposed to, it lessens the effect that much more. So, if you don't want to be pregnant, you need to take it EXACTLY as directed.

As for your other meds, I looked them up and they have very low effects on a developing fetus, if any at all. Research shows that they can be okay to take during pregnancy, sometimes the benefits outweigh the risks. Since I don't know your diagnosis for taking Zoloft for example, I cannot tell you accurately if you should stop. But understand you should never stop any medication like Zoloft abruptly. This is something that you must discuss with your doctor if indeed you are pregnant.
