I drank 1 beer, and I have a breathalyzer in my car.
How long after drinking only that 1 beer will I be able to start my car without any problems?

I am a 21 year old male, 130 lbs.

The only answer to your question is indeterminate. Range of 0-3 hours.

1 beer (13.7 g/pa) will be detectable by BrAC up to 3 hours (based on .00) detection level.

The second drink, additive, is a different formula.

Thank you Dr. Bill!

But what is BrAC?

Thank you Dr. Bill!

But what is BrAC?

Breath Acohol Content (BrAC) is an estimation of Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) based on alcohol detectable in exhaled breath, and not actual measurement of BAC. (ratio being 2200/1)

The device (inter-locks) to which you refer is an example of a BrAC.
