So I'm going to up front a bleak, 2 nights ago me and my girlfriend had rough sex, she was just ending her period, but we had sex and it was rough, and we used a condom. The morning after that, I found red rashes and common pimples around my penis. Now, today, the pimples spread a little and so did the rash. Please tell me its just friction burn or something. Anything but an STD. Neither me nor my girlfriend have an STD. HELP!

It is just a rash ( OK you said to tell you that) We have no way to know what it is, since we can not do a test on you or the rash.

So it is best to go visit the doctor or the local health department to know for sure.

It's not STD(Sexually Transmitted Disease) but it's STB (Sexually transmitted bacteria) or something close. When you're in skin contact with someone, his or her bacteria may be transferred to your skin so you must be hygienic at all times. Make it a habit to wash your perineal area or your genitals to stop your skin on that area from breaking out. Try washing your genital area with something gentle to lessen any allergies.
