I posted my documents to CONSERVATORIA DOS REISTOS CENTRAIS, LISBOA.I received an acknowledgement signed by office on 20/01/2011. But not any post or PROCESS NUMBER is sent by them yet.How n where should I enquire about it.

I imagine it would be the same office you applied to in the first place. Follow it up with them. Sorry, we don't have any connection to them.
