Is it possible to be pregnant and not have any hcg in your blood? I had an ultrasound done and my dr found a 4mm black growth and wants to have it evaluated, I asked if it could be a gestational sac and he said that since the urine test came back negative it wasn't. I've also had a blood test done and my hcg values were <1 but I'm having pregnancy symptoms. Any advice?

I'm sorry but with a negative urine and blood test <1 that would mean you are not pregnant. The pregnancy result should be >5
Pregnancy symptoms are varied and even if you're not pregnant you could experience bloating, frequent urination, tender breasts, nausea, etc. for other reasons.
