What did he say he did with your belongings? Guardianship dies when the person dies, was he the executor of her will?

You are not being very clear. The house at one time belonged to the three of you, but the court ordered it to be sold and set a date for the belongings to be removed?

Were your belongings still there after the date set by the court?

I am confused to If "I went on to live there" how did he get your stuff out from under your nose, how long have you been living there? Were you paying your brother and sister any rent while living in property that they also own? Lots of questions but we need your answers.
