If Sin(2x) = 0.0232, then 2x = Arcsin(0.0232). Do you have a calculator that has the arcsin function?
**EDIT - since for small angles sin(x) is very close to x, you can estimate this quite easily: set 2x \tilde{=} 0.0232 and solve for x.
