I have separated with my husband 8 months ago with my doughter who was 4 month at that time because of domestic violence.he disappeared but came back after 8 months and kidnap my nursing child 2 days before her birthday.I called a police and everything they said they can't do anything because he is the father n told me to go file motion.I got an attorney n files last Monday its been a week and I haven't heard anything back.I am going crazy please help.

I don't no his address.but I know he drove my doughter to va .my doughter was sick when he stole her.he has mental disorders.am really worried about her .

Is he on the birth certificate ? If not has he proved paternity though DNA test?

We were married yes he is in birth cartificate. But he was very violent and hit me so many time when I was pregnant and after I had my baby.thaswhy I left him.he kidnap my baby from mcdonald.I never filed anythi g n we are still married.but I went and filed everything after he kidnap her and waiting.but the crazy thing is he is using my doughter to be back with me.he doesn't love her I am hopig to hear from court tomorrow if not I can't wait anymore.I have everyone possible
