I met him today at a mall in Arizona, he is in his late 40s or 50s most likely. He is not a very famous actor, nobody was following him around or even recognized him but myself. He has a short buzz cut/bald hair, he is american also. His most iconic features are his nose and teeth, he has a large oddly shaped nose the is very prominent and his teeth are somewhat crooked. He is taller and skinny about 6 foot 3 or 4. I know I have seen him in movies before I just cannot think of the movie or what he played in them.

Steve Buscemi fits the bill as far as age and crooked teeth and being an American actor.
He is thin, but I don't think quite that tall.
Just a wild guess. Also I think Steve Buscemi would be a little more recognizable.
