I have been taking Nora Be BC pills for about seven months. Lately I have been late taking the pill on and off and I missed one completely one day. My cycles have been irregular while on this pill but I've had them frequently. My last full cycle was 2/10 followed by spotting the next week. I am a week late to start my next full cycle and wanted to know the chances of being pregnant.

Pregnancy is going to be possible, especially since you were late with some pills, but odds are still in your favour that you are not pregnant.

Since your cycle can be irregular, the lack of a period is not an reliable indicator of possible pregnancy. You could always try a pregnancy test and see what results you get. If it is negative, wait until next month and see if your period shows.
