A young "gifted" girl gets visited by her grandfather at an hospital I think. She has drawings on the wall with spider webs and other kids she never met in person but knows them through this web in her mind. Leaves with her grandfather trying to find what happened to her parents I think. End up meeting some of the kids she sees in her "mind web" that connects all these "special" kids
