Drain snake only go down a foot or so. Do the drain pipe go down and bent right to connect with the main sewer line

Where are you trying to snake from? Snake will not go through trap. Trap has to be removed and snake the pipe. Yes, the pipe will make a turn inside the wall.

Get a really big pot boil water in it and dump it down the drain repeat until drain runs smoothly
