My military email address is a "https" link. Because of my security settings, I am unable to access that link from my home computer. What settings do I need to change in order to be able to access it.

The S simple means it's secure.
Normally the sign in page starts at a "normal" unsecured HTTP page.
Otherwise you will need to add the httpS site to your trusted sites zone in the security tab.

Are you able to access it from any other computer than from work? Most likely if you can't access it from another computer, and if it's a military email, it probably only allows access from certain ip addresses, which your home computer (or any other for that matter) would not allow.
