Hey, I'm writing a story for english class. But I have writer's block so bad. The story has to be about 'a day at the beach' but I can't think of a problem. I know the clichéd 'shark' or 'finding something like a massage in a bottle' but I would like something a little more creative. All I need is a story line, I can do the rest. Thanks :)

1. Missing child
2. beautiful day but beach empty except for towels, sand toys, umbrellas
3. water begins to flow out to sea, exposing sand, rocks, fish flopping around
4. you arrive at the beach and everyone is dressed as if it's 1890 (or in the future)
5. the water turns red (or some other color)
6. fancy beach wedding, food tent, many guests in tuxes and long dresses, etc. and it begins to rain unexpectedly
7. only diapered toddlers are on the beach, no adults
