For about two weeks now random spots which itch like crazy are popping up. Itch creams are not helping and I can't figure out what's causing them. I'm so stressed out that I'm not sleeping I'm about to rip my skin off

Scabies (can't be seen. Not above neck or on feet)
Fleas (can be seen, if you know how to look, small and black and hop)
Bedbugs (same as fleas, lighter color)
Poison ivy, oak, sumac, even when leaves are dead
Allergy
