I am on Alesse birthday control and almost every day for the pass week I have been getting really bad headaches. My boyfriend's mom said its because I might need glasses but my eye sight is perfectly fine. I am also on iron pills - Proferrin - but I ran out last night and haven't gotten anymore. If you have any guesses or suggestions to help me out, please reply.

Oh, and I`m also on my period.

If you are iron deficient like myself, that alone could be the cause. Although birth control does make some people nauseous and or have head aches. See your doctor for more info
