I need help with two questions .
Firstly,I am a non-resident alien on F1- Visa and I worked as a contractor when I was on OPT . I received a 1099-Misc form. I have completed filling the schedule C-EZ form . Do I need to fill the schedule SE form since I was on OPT ?
Secondly, I changed my job recently and started working as a full-time employee on OPT. I got a w2 form from that employer . So should the income/expense details from that w2 be filled in 1040 NR form?

My overall question is that I need to fill a 1040Nr form with schedule C to report my income from the contract job as well as the full time job. Am I correct?

On F-1/OPT you are exempt from residency as well FICA taxes for 5 years. So you do not do schedule SE (Form 1040). Nonresident http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/us-tax-filing-requirements-for-non.html
