Where can I find the best format for writing an effective, smooth flowing meeting agenda?

Jj, asking which format is the "best" is very hard to answer. Many people have their own personal preferences.

Here is a link to start your search. At the bottom of the page there is another link to their suggested format. I have found this one to be as good as any other.

A meeting agenda is simply a list of things to be discussed at a meeting. Logically grouping topics and providing enough time for discussion is all you need.
