My shih tzu swallowed a chicken wing bone whole, what do I do?

I will suggest feeding your dog cotton balls soaked in broth to help cushion the bones. You will need to go to the vet to make sure everything is okay.

Bread will probably be easier,
Lots of dogs won't eat the cotton balls, and bread basically will do the same thing

Bread is your best bet. Watch him for 24 hours, if no bowel movements, or bloody stool, drooling, lethargic, excessive drinking get him to the vet asap.

If he didn't crunch the bones and just swallowed it you should be fine, with chicken bones it's the way they splinter and become sharp when chewed that is most dangerous. However feeding bread or cotton balls as suggested above is an excellent idea just to play it safe.
