Me and my boyfriend moved into a condo at the end of jan of this year. My name isn't on the lease. We've been living here for a month and a half. I don't have any mail here. Can he kick me out without giving me a 30 day notice?

He has to give you notice and if you don' t move then, evict you though the courts.

Of course with that said, he could always do a illegal eviction and just throw everything you own out into the sidewalk and change the locks one day.
That leaves you with nothing and no where to live. You then would have to sue him in court for the value of everything you lost. And hope he has money in the bank to pay you even if you win.
