In Surah al-Baqarah, it is written:
"Surely Allah loves those who turn unto him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves." (2:222)
"Say: O [those] who have transgressed... Despair not for the mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly he is oft forgiving, most merciful." Az-Zumar (39:53)

Mustafa; God is our father, regardless of what name you call Him... He will forgive any of his children if they ask for forgiveness with genuine remorse and good intentions. It seems to me you are truly regretful of your actions, whatever they may have been. Judging by your words, I believe you have kind and genuine heart, and although I do not profess to know how He sees, I believe in my own heart that you have nothing to worry about, providing you are true to yours.
May God Bless you, Mustafa.

Assalamu Alaikum!
Allah is most forgiving! Do not be down on yourself, and turn to him in your sin.
We are ALL undeserving of his grace. But he gives it freely anyway! Accept it from him. He wants to forgive you. You just have to allow him to!
