I bought a Nikon D90 on December 2011 to shoot a wedding... I bought it used from Adorama. I finished working on the wedding pics and I put the camera away since I was not going to do a photoshoot soon. Yesterday, I took the camera to get it ready for a test photo sesion I have this coming weekend, and the camera is not taking pictures at all! (it was working fine last time I used it). It shows an -E- on the ISO. Every time I click to shoot it keeps telling me "ISO ERROR"... I tried moving the ISO settings on Menu but still not working.. Do you have idea on how can I fix it? I wouldn't like to return the camera... Any idea of what this can be? (I'm hoping is a minor settings error) Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you..

I forgot to mention or to clarify the error message: when I try to shoot the "ISO-AUTO" blinks, followed by the -E-. The -E- stays even when I turn the camera off. Thank you.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the lens? Also are the batteries fresh ?

If you have tried cleaning the contacts on the lens and you have removed and reinstalled the batteries then there may be a further problem the a dealer needs to look at for repair.
