Hi,
I am 25 years old. My periods have always been off, they are definitely not normal by any means. Sometimes I get a bright red orange color to it, this time there is a lot of pain along with my period, along with a bad smell. I usually get bad menstrual cramps so the pain is nothing new. Also this past month I have had what looked to me as blood inside my vaginal discharge. I would go in but I don't have any insurance, and we can't afford to put me on my husbands plan. Please let me know if you thing this is something serious.

As a side not, I do have pain during intercourse every once and a wile.

I really wish we could give you an answer. There's really no way that we can. In order to diagnose you even a doctor would need to see you, test, view what's going on. Anything we tell you would be a guess.

I'm not a doctor, but even a doctor wouldn't give a diagnosis on the internet.

Your only option is to see a doctor, and I really hope you find a way to do that so that you can get some answers.
