Not like teen orientated, like they don't ask if you're a teen oriented. I like Krave, Nara Café, OYP, District is all right, Starship, Marquee has its nights but usually is full of hipster douchebags like District. The Hex House is pretty sweet. I like undergroud style things plus comics, records, art scene stuff, dark stuff like hex house all year long, and places where people give minors things they shouldn't.
Don't preach.

There is a new place downtown. It's called the retro pub, they have cool arcade games from the 80's and 90's. I'm pretty sure it's a 21+ joint, but I haven't had the chance to check it out yet. There is also a new club at 61st and Memorial in Eton Square that's 18+. I can't for the life of me remember the name of the joint though. I'm 24 so I'm not really sure of any good places for 18 and under, so sorry I couldn't be much help. I guess you could do what every other teen in Tulsa does, and go to Woodland Hills mall, but it seems you're not too keen on the hipster douche scene so that's probably out of the question. You're best bet is to roam around downtown as there is a lot of stuff to do there that's not all 21 and up. There is a new record shop at 11th and Elgin called "The Vinyl Countdown". Hope some of this helps.
