A couple years ago I was diagnosed with ring worm on a massive scale. It had affected my stomach and my vaginal area. I was on a medicine that killed the fungus but left a scar.. over the last month along the scar in my vaginal area I have developed these little bumps that look like pimples. I popped one and a little ball of skin came out followed by a lot of blood. Should I have this looked at by a dermatologist?

I'm no expert on this but I would say that you should be checked out. We can't diagnose things online so it's a little difficult to be sure otherwise. Really, it's your health we're talking about... see a doctor.
