Barely any guys like me they think I'm too shy and I'm not sure about fat they never told me about that but I want all of this to change. I also have very little close friends maybe like two.

What needs to change first is how you feel about yourself. There's nothing wrong with being shy. If everybody in the world were bouncy and talkative, how boring would that be? The world needs quiet, shy people for balance.

How do you know what guys think about you? Or is that your best guess?

Before you change make sure you are doing it for you and not other people. Not everyone is outgoing and loud and that's fine otherwise we'de all be the same. Sometimes it doesn't matter how many friends you have but how good the friends are you do have. However if you do want to try and socialise more, try and take up a new activity inside or outside school. When you meet new people or even talk to old friends make sure you ask how they are what theyv'e been up to it shows your interested in them and care. If you try to be a nice person and a good friend it should not matter how shy you are. If you are worried about your weight that much then you should try and eat healthier and excersise it will not only help you shed a few pounds but also make you feel more confident and happy not just outside but inside too! The best answer to your question is try and get involved in a sports activity at school you will socialise while excersising and it won't feel like hard work as you will be enjoying yourself! Whatever you do believe in yourself and you can do it x
