I HAVE BEEN DIVORCED TWO YEARS. I thought I had done a QDRO, but can't find it. Is my financial planner able to do it for me.

No, a QDRO is part of your divorce, included in your divorce decree. Your Attorney didn't discuss this with you at the time of your divorce?
