I have a corian sink... The pop-up drain lever broke off... What I have learned so far is that the overflow on these sinks come with sink when purchased... I cannot find a replacement piece... When we bought the house there was no overflow attached at all. How do I fix this or get a replacement part? I've been to home depot and a local plumbing store who only for the clearanced corian sink on their showroom floor was I able to explain what I needed... The guy said he would call me back... I called him back and someone else gabe me a number to a corian distributer... The receptionist transferred me to the voicemail of the production manufacturing manager... There is no way this guy is going to call me back... He is not a customer service guy...

I think I have a model 810 with front overflow. On the sink the label reads 'Label P.N. C75263-B' a schematic for ADA guidelines I found says it can have either pop-up or plug drain... Yet nothing will fit on it...

The thickness of the corian at the drain is 1 cm so standard over flow pop-ups... Would leak if actually sealed.

Help! This house has some doozies!

The dupont website has some pdf files showing the parts detail for the 810 sink. There's a donut shaped piece that gets put at the bottom of the sink, an it has a pipe to which the overflow tube attaches. It's a horrible design if you ask me. I'm trying to find a new rubber washer for that donut. But anyway, once you have all the pieces a standard tailpiece will work.
