I recorded a 6 minute video with CyberLink YouCam 5 and then went to edit it using Camtasia Studio 7. I went to import media, then selected the mp4 video, but then I get a pop-up box saying "Unable to create thumbnail image for file (video.mp4). Unable to decode the video stream. This file may not be supported."

What does this mean and how can I fix it? Thanks
