Wondering what would be the best way around this. I was stupid and starving had no money and no means of income. I was stupid and stole two subs from a store to feed myself. A first they said just pay what is owned and they would keep it out of the courts I did so and now they are trying to charge me for it. Is that even possibly after being told pay and your fine?

Yes they can do it, anytime within the SOL they can have you charged?

BUT? You said you had no money, no income and stole to fee yourself, but then you said they said if you paid for it, ( and you did) so which is it, did you have no money ? Or did you have the money but stole anyway?
