When opening a jar (peanut butter, spaghetti sauce, etc.), why is it more difficult to open the jar if you hold it above your waist, as opposed to below your waist? What principles of physics come into play?

Two charged spheres are held a distance, r, apart. One sphere has a charge of +4µC, and the other sphere has a
Charge of +8µC. Compare the force of the +4µC sphere on the +8µC sphere with the force of the +8µC sphere
On the +4µC sphere.

Please don't post a new question onto an old thread. But to do the calculation remember that time = distance divided by rate.
