I was fired from cvs for using a coupon to get a ten dollar money card which wasn't mine. They said it was theft and would put me on the esteem report. Is that also show up on my criminal back ground check.

No, to be on a criminal report you would have to had police called, and go to court and pay a fine, or be convicted.
