So I've been wanting an iPod touch for two years, but I need to earn my own money to get it. Any ideas on how to earn some cash?

How old are you? If you are a young teen, you could see about helping people with yard work, washing cars, walking pets, babysitting, for example. You might be able to work a few hours a day at some local shops. Anyone you know, or that your family knows, who might be able to use some extra help where they work?

If you are older, you will have more options. Maybe walk around the shops where you live and stop in to each one to see if they are hiring. Or if you have a mall near by, do the same with the stores there. Any restaurants in the area? You will, of course, have to be able to walk or cycle to a job or have dependable transportation either by bus, train, or car depending on where you live. That can play a role in what your options might be as well.

Have a tag sale. Sell all the toys, clothes, shoes, action figures, games you don't use much anymore.
Buy a good used iPod on eBay, where you can get some good deals if you study the seller carefully.
