NOBODY on this site will give you advice on how to run away as that would be assisting in a crime and incredibly stupid to boot.
So your sister is "mean" to you, so what, that's what siblings do.
So avoid her, quite simple really. Make your own space and stay away from her.
If you don't give her the satisfaction of getting a reaction from you she will soon get bored and go and do something else instead.
YOU are an easy target and she is playing on that.

You and your cousin run away to LA you will end up selling your body to men for food and a place to stay. And no you do not have a good reason to leave, your reasons are silly and childish. There are people who are beaten by their parents, who go hungry every night.

If its really serious, tell your teacher. In schools there are always people (social workers) that help with problems. But your problem is really simple and you should be able to deal with that yourself. Like curlyben says...
To run away is a bad idea anyway and to look for help on the internet, where many pedophile people look for chances like this, is a even worse idea.
You can not trust anybody in the internet, trust me. ;P

Do you have ANY idea how many teens felt that and wound up prostitutes or dead? Is that the type of fame you want?
You don't say how old you are, but running away is not the answer. If you feel there is a problem with your home life, then get other people involved to help. Talk to a school counselor, clergy, aunt or other relatives. Someone will listen and try to help.
