Masturbation is very healthy, its actually unhealthy to not do it at least once a week.

Chronic masturbation, that is several times a day is harmful to the male prostrate gland; can become inflamed effecting the urinary tract with infections. It is also harmful to a normal healthy sex life with a partner. Both male and female masturbation.

Yes that's true, but also if you don't ejaculate every once in a while (male and female) its harmful as well. That's speaking sex or masturbation.

While it once was regarded as a perversion and a sign of a mental problem, masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable, and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life.

Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively and/or interferes with daily life and activities. << via WebMD here is the link for all of you, and I'm not a child. http://www.webmd.com/sex-relationships/guide/masturbation-guide
