Hi- about 6 months ago my family moved into an apartment and purchased a used sofa. My son slept often on the sofa and began having this unexplained itching and small rash dots. I began having the same problem about a month ago. We've gotten rid of the sofa but the itching is getting worse. There is no sign of a bug of sorts and I've watched where I would itch and there is nothing there. It happens in random places on my body- but has gotten worse in my um, private area. There aren't any bugs and I can't figure it out. Could it be something that comes off the ground outside? Maybe something coming in off my dog? I have leather furniture now, and only one area rug in my home. The rest is all cement flooring.

Often what is called "bed bugs" are not seen but are still there and a very serious issue, once in home it is very hard to get rid of them. Next fleas are very small and hard to see at times.

My guess is bed bugs what will travel to clothing, on your body, in your hair, onto other furniture and more.
