On the outer parter of my vagina lips, it looks like a really dry rash... it gets itchy and sore at times to. It gets irritated when I wash myself down there then it tends to burn

It could be a manner of things, have you recently changed changed your washing powder, when I did, that caused me to get a rash, or have you had sex and caught an infection, if so, go to your doctor and get treatment.

See your doctor. It could be as simple as a pimple or boil or bartholonian cyst (not sure how to spell that)

But it could also be something more serious. How old are you? Are you sexually active?

Speak to your parents and/or doctor.
