I recently found out I was 6 weeks pregnant. The father has hep. B I was wondering if I am vaccinated is it possible for the baby to get it.

If you have come in contact with Hep B and have contracted it then yes the baby could be infected. But the baby can't get it solely from the sperm of the father, you would have to be infected.
So I'd suggest going to get tested for Hep B because sometimes the vaccines don't always work. If you come up positive the baby is at risk for developing it. If you are positive you can talk to the doctors then about your options and the risk it poses to your child.
(I've been vaccinated 3 times and every time I get a titer it says I need to be revaccinated... my luck).
