However, when you choose someone else's thread because the title is similar to your situation, it makes sense to read the thread as the answers may pertain to your situation. At the least it can tell you what information we needed to provide advice for you. Yet, you gave us almost none of the information we need. We need to know what area you live in, we need to know whether she would remain within the state. We need to know if there is court ordered visitation and what the terms of that visitation are.
