I am planning something small for Vday at work

We are 7 Ladies (most of the ladies are dieting right now) and 7 Guys

For the ladies I'm getting each a rose
For the guys I'm getting a small Biltong hamper
Everyone is getting a Healthy Cupcake
Because the guys hamper cost a lot more I want to get the ladies something extra but not quiet sure what

Each is getting a little card as well with something special written inside (the card is going to be tide to the rose and hamper)

Any other ideas?

Dark Chocolate? I don't think it will wreck the diet much... Or maybe some fruit, like apples?
