I think the best people that can answer that would be those from the state bureau who maintain the sex offender registry in the state he was convicted in

They are familiar with the rules and prohibitions of various sex offenders

I agree wit annynoums don't call everyone a sex offender my husband was set up for a 16yrold girl he did 5yrs over it when you are that age you no what you are doing anyone man or woman can be set up at any given point I trust my husband very much he would never hurt my kids or his own and our police department nos all who live in my home so before you go judageing look at it from other views 16yrold girls no what they are doing when it comes to sex and now days these teenage girls lie on people to get them set home so before you label people at any given time any of us can go down for a sex crime so don't judage people only god has the right to judage

You suggest that he was convicted of "Deviate Sexual Intercourse,Non-Stranger,No weapon used,No force used)". What you haven't said are

whether a child was the victim of this crime; and
whether your son is still on probation.

If he is no longer on probation, he probably is not prohibited, by law, from going to your place of work.
But your employer may want to restrict him from viisiting you there.
