Hi, Can anyone help me. My query is that I'm going to get married soon. But I'm going to Goa in May 2012 by virtue of my current visa getting expired. I'm soon coming back in June on a new visa with a new employer. I want to bring along my wife (By JUne we should have completed our civil marriage). Can I isue a visa for her stating her as my wife from Goa or from Dubai. Expected salary for new contract 9000AED. In simple words is civil marriage certificate enough to obtain visa for my wife?
