My dog won't eat her dog food please help and she was vomitin yellow bile drinks plenty water and will still eat her treats and very gassy and foul help... the vet is very costly

My mastiff mix was doing this has she lost any weight? When did this all start? She might have some blockage in her stomach or it could be a kidney problem. Take her to the vet. Sometimes you can work out a payment plan with the vet. Check and see but if she is that bad she really does need to see a vet.
