She goes outside? Why do you allow her outside? She may have her kittens somewhere and they will be killed by dogs or wandering predators. Please keep her indoors.
Where is she bleeding?
In which country are you?

Please keep her indoors. She may be ready to have the kittens. Cats are pregnant for about 60 days, and she was probably pregnant before you realized it.
Please get her spayed when it is safe to do so.
Are there vets near you whom you could call and ask about her bleeding?

Make sure she has a clean and soft nest in which to have her babies. She will pace around and be restless. It may take a long time, even a day, between kittens. She will stop her labor if she feels annoyed or threatened, so leave her alone. Make sure food and fresh water are close to her.

And no matter how you fuss to make a nice clean nest for her, she may decide to have her kittens in a dark closet where she feels safe.
Is she still screaming? Does she still eat and sleep okay? If she allows you to do so, feel her sides and tummy to find out how much the kittens are moving, or if you even feel something.
