Once you engage the auger lever and drive lever, you can let go the auger lever and it will remain engaged unless you release the drive lever. That function no longer works on my blower. Any ideas what went wrong? Thanks, Bruce

Both levers are connected by a threaded steej rod or shaft which is adjustible. Try to give the auger shaft a bit more length at the adjustment nut.

Where is the connecting shaft located? Up top, under the control panel? You're not talking about the cables that run down to the engine area, are you?

Your handles are black round tubing. Under the handle and under the control panel are plain steel rods connecting the levers to the machine. Have someone help you by operating the levers while you observe from under neither.
