Speedometer,tachometer do not move but warning lights work,gas,batter,etc... What could be the trouble

Check the fuses. If none of them is the issue, it might be wiring behind the dash, but always go with the most obvious first.

In my line of cars, the "Gauge" fuse is the first thing checked. But you don't state what type of car you have.

Yup, at the first sign of an electrical problem, be professional and always test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter--don't rely on visual inspection.
