I did 2 home pregnancy tests and they both came out positive.. went in 4an ultra sound and I was told I was 3weeks pregnant.. then a week later I experience bleeding and a few cramps.. I go for an ultra sound but nothing was there.. even did a vaginal scan.. what could be the cause of all this?what could be done?

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. It is an experience many women go through, sometimes without even realizing they were pregnant to start with, but that doesn't make it any easier when someone goes through it.

In most cases of an early loss, there was a problem with how things were developing and the pregnancy simply could not be sustained. Also, in most cases, it does not mean that you would have any problems if you were to become pregnant again.
