I had to take the next step pill because the condom came off during sex... I took the first one the day after and I forgot to take the second until 24 hours later... to make matters worse I am ovulating... am I in danger of becoming pregnant?

ANY TIME you have penile insertion, even partial insertion, you risk pregnancy. Using some form of birth control reduces that risk, but doesn't eliminate it.

Yes, even if the condom did not break, there are unseen defects that have up to a 10 percent failure rate. So even with a condom there was a chance.
The morning after pill, when taken as it should is not 100 percent effective, so you can still be pregnant, taking it, as you are suppose to.
So: 1. since the condom broke, 2. since you are not on other birth control, 3 since you did not properly take the morning after pills.
One has to assume , perhaps you are really wanting to get pregnant perhaps in the back of your mind ?
But yes by doing everything wrong, you have greatly increased your chance of being pregnant.
But how do you know your fertile time, were you tracking it ? Since it can come various times of the month,
Now it is just the waiting game to see if you have your next period. Which can be a issue, since the morning after pill messes that up.
So about a week after your period is due, if it does not come, take a home pregnancy test.
