Okay I am in eighth grade and I was told to make a motor for this stupid boat I am making for a project, how the hell am I supposed to make a motor??

You may make a squirrel cage out of wood and lay copper wires along the axis and short circuit at either end. Make a wooden stator and use electromagnets as poles and energise.
